JMIA CELEBRATES 10 YEARS OF SERVICE!

We are launching a year long celebration of serving the Tennesse Valley for 10 years. 
My does time past fast.
The JMIA was formed with the purposes of
(1) Provide educational services for at-risk students.
(2) Accelerate the knowledge, skill, and abilities of the students to at and/or above grade-level expectations.
 
The MISSION of JMIA:  To reach, remediate, and mentor every student enrolled at the Isbell Academy. Each student will be given individualized instruction and will be equipped with the knowledge, skills, and abilities that are paramount to success.

We are asking for VOLUNTEERS to give us one hour of your time to help in the classroom:  ONE HOUR PER WEEK to read with a student, help with Math, Science, Social Studies, Computing, Health, etc........  Our hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  Please check your calendars, call 256-226-5044 or emailisbell_academy@yahoo.com.  Each one reach one!

$5 buys a Spanish-English dictionary for one student.
